First Christmas as a Married Woman!

Andrew and I had a wonderful Christmas at my parents house. We got to see snow, twice. Unfortunately it didn't stick, but it was really cool to see it falling!  We also got to see my brother and sister-in-law, which was a nice surprise. And Andrew got the snack table of his dreams! My mom set up a table with tons of yummy Christmas goodies! So we just loosened the belts and went to work on it! I really enjoyed my first Christmas as a married woman. It was worry free and very relaxing. I know several people stress out about the holidays, but it was great just to be with family! I hope I will always remember that family is one of the greatest gifts you can get on Christmas. We sure missed Andrew's family, but we did get to Skype them! :)
I do have one funny story from our first Christmas together....
On our trip up to my parents, Andrew received a text message from an unknown person asking him if they were still having lunch on Christmas eve. When I read it, I knew that it was the wrong number because Andrew always get calls for the girl that had the number before him. So I sent a text back that said, Who are you trying to get in touch with because this is my husband Andrew. BIG MISTAKE. lol Next thing I know someone else, I'm assuming some college students sitting around having a good time, text him saying hey can we do dinner tomorrow. SO not learning from my first mistake, I called that number. Of course no one answered so I left a message asking them not to text us anymore. Worse mistake. So a little bit later, they texted again saying, this is Andrew's ex trying to get in touch with him. Knowing that Andrew doesn't have any exes where we live, I finally realize they aren't going to stop messing with us. In my little world, I thought if I told them he was not who they were looking for AND that he was married they would not text back. HA. After a good laugh about it Andrew decided it was time to block the number or they probably wouldn't stop. But it was a big joke all weekend that Andrew had him a little girlfriend on the side. It is just so against Andrew's personality that you can't help but laugh. I hope that everyone had a great Christmas!
We will be going to Disney for New Years!!! So excited to be going to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Have a safe and Happy New Year!!
